Smetannik cake is a delicate and delicious homemade cake. A simple sour cream cake recipe

Ingredients and recipe:
3 chicken eggs.
150g sugar.
15g sunflower oil.
200g sour cream.
200g flour.
10g baking powder.
Put 1/2 part of the dough in a mold (d 18 cm).
15g cocoa.
15 ml milk.
Put the dough into a mold (d18 cm).
Send both forms with dough to the oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 170C.
150 ml cream 30-33%.
200g sour cream.
60 g icing sugar.
Divide each cake into 2 pieces.
Lubricate the cakes with cream, alternating between them.
Decorate the cake with crumbs from the remains of the cake layers.
We send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
