Will it arrive before the promised date of the 14th for some who qualify for quick delivery? Some are in great distress, this has been promised for a long time. Some are in major crisis. Some need help. Trillions of dollars being spent, and qualified Americans just need some. Will it arrive as promised, or will the American People be forced to wait even longer, as Washington dawdles?
