BGA The Observer Effect in Layman's Terms

The observer effect states that nothing can be measured if there's no one there to measure it. It seems simple but this idea has given scientists fits for some time and is pointing the way to much older philosophy including ancient eastern and western texts. I do my best at explaining this idea and what it means to us ordinary average Joes.

Scientists BEWARE, I am not a Quantum Physicist. I am just trying to explain a very simple version of this idea from the perspective of Reality Transurfing.
