I took a risk and submitted my packet, and I won.” ~ Sgt. 1st Class Ashlee Ibarra The 3rd Cavalry Regiment is proud to recognize Sgt. 1st Class Ashlee Ibarra, from Friso, Texas, and a 74D, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Specialist (CBRN) with Regimental Engineer Squadron, 3rd Cavalry Regiment. She is also the 2020 Fort Hood NCO Best Warrior. Ibarra has been in the Army for 16 years, including four deployments. She is making history in the Army and blazing the path for other Females.
