A few tips to easily disassemble and clean the air horn diaphragm. Its very important to be careful with the metal diaphragm. The weight and stiffness of the diaphragm affect the pitch of the horn. Dirt on the diaphragm interferes with the reliable operation of the horn.
Over time, I found that the black air tube, and the soft rubber seal under the button, degrade quickly. Rather than regularly buy a replacement seal kit, I stopped using this product.
