Firefighter demonstrates oxygen-deprevation using face masks

There are studies "proving" that face masks won't comprommise the oxygen level in your body. Can this be true? Don't think so, and this firefighter demonstrates why. (You KNOW thiss... you know this from the feeling of being suffocated when you pull on your mask).
