Hyperinflation In Real Life

The postage stamps from 1921 to 1923 illustrate hyperinflation in Germany during the time of the Weimar Republic.

Mea culpa: At one point I called a 500 million mark stamp a 50 million mark stamp without correcting myself. I noticed this while reviewing before uploading this unscripted video to see if I made any major errors. It’s not a material mistake with all the context, plus one can clearly see the stamp and its denomination. Thus, I left the video as I recorded it.

As I said in the video, someone requested I make this video so I did. It is unscripted, and it was probably obvious well before I said so in the video and this description.
