Grilled sandwich cheese bread.

Garlic cheese bread
Texas toast or other thick sliced bread.
1-2large onions, diced and grilled
1-2lbs pastrami cut thin or Cajun turkey sliced Thin
Yellow mustard
Mayonnaise, dill pickle slices
2-4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
