Disruptive Emotions
#1MinuteEncouragement Got some feelings churning up inside of you making an unstable soul. Are you full of emotions that are bouncing off the walls? How are you today? What is the normal response to this question? I am fine. F.eelings I.nside N.ot E.pressed. It is hard to trust other people with how you are feeling. Feelings are fickle, so we don’t want to share them. We feel one day, one thing, and the next day we could feel different. But, when we are burdened down with negative feelings, day in and day out, it really does help to find someone to share them with. It is good to release disrupting emotions, just by sharing with someone how you are feeling and why you are feeling that way. So, the next time someone asks you how you are feeling and you trust them to be a person who truly does care, then share with them. “I am fine”, is not a good answer that will bring an end to the negative feelings you have.
