NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY NAPLES, Italy (March 4, 2021) Captain Jeffrey J. Kilian, commanding officer, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Europe Africa Central (EURAFCENT), gives a speech at the Seabee, Civil Engineering Corps (CEC) Officers and NAVFAC Birthday Celebration. Due to COVID-19 host nation restrictions, the celebration was limited to minimal attendees, and the Seabee Association placed individually wrapped cupcakes at several locations for celebrations.
