All my life… As long as I can remember I have suffered from depression. As I got older I began to have crippling panic attacks that would land me in the emergency room. That pounding in my chest, and numbness in my face was always the leading awareness… The Domino effect.

Things got so much worse when my grandma passed away while caring for my 2 oldest boys. That day started like every other day. Then the unimaginable happened.
