Temperatures fall into the mid and lower 30s tonight with light and variable winds at 5 to 10 mph. The big warm-up is going to start mainly on Monday and last into Thursday where we'll have plenty of 50s & yes, some 60s. Temps will be 25-35° above normal! With snow melting and river levels rising slightly, having no rain is beneficial to keeping the flooding threat low. Ice jams would be the concern right now as the ground continues to thaw. The dry weather will continue until Wednesday when a soaking rain is likely. Some rain showers may linger into Thursday morning, but clearing skies are anticipated during the second half of the day. Highs will be in the lower 50s. Temperatures are going to cool back down into the lower to mid 40s for Friday and Saturday with mostly sunny skies. It gets cooler on Sunday with highs in the upper 30s under mostly sunny skies. Long range temperatures forecasts show cooler weather for the second half of the month with lots of lower to mid 40s. The average high temperature by the end of the month is 46.
