Sports Fans!

Well, at least it was not boring! We hate boring, prefer the memorable, good bad or otherwise. Better lessons learned that way.

Wisdom don't come cheap Sports Fans!!!

We ran up Morgan Creek and went at 'em hard.....just ran flat out of water on the way back out. Fighting boredom while stranded in the mud was the true challenge. Heck, we beat that too.

No fish but darn fine video of a rescue by the awesome TOW BOAT US folks, specifically Captain Dale Plummer. A stout hearted man that rescued a Yankee Boy from the southernmost northern state of By-Goodness Pennsly-tucky!

Nothing to fear and no real danger, just dented my pride a bit, but we can survive that. Captain T is used to getting into "situations". The only dicey part was that space cruise home at 35 mph in complete darkness. Now that was truly something and an experience I'd not like to repeat.

The weather continues to warm and the earth continues to awake from its winter nap. Despite setbacks and failures Captain T is nonetheless deterred to "endeavor to persevere" in these piscatorial pursuits of catching, studying, admiring and releasing the incredible fish of the Chesapeake Bay. Hey, those sunsets are no small thing either, right?

Always the optimist, we'll get after 'em hard again this week.
