The importance of Experience

Why is it important to allow things to happen, sometimes we get so caught up in trying to help and save others that we lose sight of the fact that they have to go through the experience in order to learn for themselves. Us trying to save them, robs them from the experience they need to keep growing and often times ends up in them repeating the same mistakes because they have not yet learned what they need to learn.
