Looks like there was some collusion between the USA's "expert" on epidemics Anthony Fauci, The World health Organization/World Bank regarding their handling of Communist China's handling of information regarding the outbreak of Covid19 as well as the PRC handling of the epidemic and it's world-wide spread.
