Finding internal drishti (focal point) means intimately going deep within self.
Deep into the visualization of physical body,
Deep into the black abyss seen as eyes are shut,
And connecting to whatever it is that grounds us into stability and balance.
Being one with breath; being one with muscular activation - it’s an extremely beautiful mindful based exercise...

Over and over again it’s taught me about the act of grounding; in that even when what it is that grounds us in our external worlds can be nowhere to be found, or is no longer, that that’s completely okay, because we really truly have all that we need within us to earth and experience peace🤍
