Texas Congressional Representatives Tour Fair Park, Dallas CVC

U.S. Congress Texas representatives Eddie Bernice Johnson, 30th congressional district, Colin Allred, 32nd congressional district, and Marc Veasey, 33rd congressional district, visit the Fair Park Community Vaccination Center (CVC) in Dallas, on March 5, 2021. The representatives conducted a press conference prior to visiting the CVC command center accompanied by Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins, Dallas County Fire Chief Rodney Smith, Incident Commander, and U.S. Army Lt. Col. Nicholas Talbot, 1st Battalion, 63rd Armored Regiment, 2nd Armor Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division Commander. The visit concluded with a tour of the vaccination lanes. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing continued, flexible Department of Defense support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency as part of the whole-of-government response to COVID-19.
