Why Havent I Been Delivered Yet

Hey Family,

It seems like many of us having been going through some heavy suffering. I know Jesus needs every bit of our sacrifice especially with the election coming up. However, in the midst of our pain, in our trials and test we can lose sight of that. We had one of the members in the community continue to be attacked in her sleep by demons. She thought when she got here the Lord would deliver her from that. So we had a deliverance session with her and she was freed from many strongholds however the attacks still persist and she found herself feeling discouraged by such a long trial.

Everyone in the community was trying to encourage her telling her to pray certain prayers, make sure she is fully covered in the armor or have another deliverance session. All those suggestions are great however, I have come to find out in my walk the Lord he deals with us all differently and sometimes he wants us to endure in the trial to grow us in the virtue of “long suffering” which is one of the fruits of the Holy Spirit

Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

Many times and especially coming from a protestant background where suffering or carrying your cross in this generation is not really addressed. We want so desperately for God to deliver us and quickly. When that doesn’t happen people tend to get discouraged or feel you’re not praying hard enough or there must be an open door in your life as to why the Lord is allowing an attack or trial.

Jesus began,

My precious little ones hope against hope. The enemy is after you to steal your joy, faith and hope in me. When you lose your hope in me you then look outside of me to find solution, to find answers and to find comfort that will always leave a temporal satisfaction but leave you empty and even more hopeless in the end. Why do the righteous suffer? Oh that has been a question that has been prompted and asked through all generations. Even the Pharisees could not understand the mystery of why the Messiah had to suffer hence that is the reason the completely denounced me as their Savior when it was prophesied and written through out all scripture that I would have to suffer. So If I suffered my beloved doves then you too would have to partakers of that suffering. Each soul is given a designer cross, one that only you alone can carry. Fashioned specifically to your nature and character and most importantly to my perfect will for you. I alone know how to get you to perfection resembling the pure soul I created in my image in heaven that has now been twisted by sin. I alone know the virtues, trials and test you must endure to sanctify you perfectly. If your cross is heavy my beloved ones its because I have great plans for your sanctification.”
