At the request of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Marines and Sailors from 1st Marine Logistics Group, in partnership with the Arlington Fire Department, the City of Arlington, American Medical Response, as well as other civil and federal partners; established a Community Vaccination Center at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. Community Vaccination Centers, like the one at Globe Life Field, are being set-up across the country as part of a whole-of-government effort to vaccinate the American people. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing continued, flexible Department of Defense support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency as part of the whole-of-government response to COVID.
