2021 Running Goals: How to DOMINATE in 2021

What are your 2021 running goals? Do you want to set a new PR? THIS is the video you need to listen to from start to finish. One of the quickest tips to get you to the next level in your running is to study great runners. How do they set up their training? How do they think? What can you do to mimic their actions to get the results you are seeking? What is it that thy do that you can replicate to get the results you desire? Are you lacking in talent? Well, amek up for it with your work ethic.

I share some tips here that will help you take your running to new levels in 2021. Also, bypass the mistakes you made from your 2020 running goals and improve upon them in 2021. So, ask yourself "What are my goals for 2021". What do I need to do differently? How badly do I really want success in this new year? Be honest with yourself and make the adjustments you know you should so you can run and perform like you never have.

Make a running goals 2021 plan and stick to it no matter what. Is it to qualify for the Boston Marathon? Do you want to break a 4 hour marathon? Is it to lose weight or set a new personal best? Whatever you have in mind plan your work and work your plan.
