Virus Magnetic Propulsion 81 then 75 Grams 4 or 3 neo magnets

This video shows 4 trials with slight variations on the magnetic propulsion boat that works by inertia and turning magnets that interact with Earth's magnetic field (think compass needle on a larger scale).

The 4th trial is best and the boat goes at a top speed of 13.3 inches per minute.

There is a sort of juggling between the power of magnets, their weight, their distance from the boat's center of mass, the speed of rotation and of course the water resistance.
