This is a short video taken at Bollinger Mill sate historic site. The mill and the Burfordville covered bridge are from the civil war era. Joseph Lansom began construction of the bridge in 1858 and it is the oldest of the four remaining covered bridges in Missouri. The bridge spans Whitewater river and is 140 feet long has a clearance of 14 feet high and 12 feet wide. To date it is only open to pedestrian traffic. The mill also has guided daily tours available.
