Over the last month we have started the process of starting our homestead! After going down the rabbit holes and learning about our food industries and the lack of transparency and the lack of locally sourced foods available we decided to start utilizing the 7 acres of land we have to start becoming more self sufficient. I wanted to share a bit about why we decided to start this journey and a bit of our game plan for the future.
