Seeking some legitimate running pace tips to help take your running to the next level? I hope this video will provide the insight you are looking for. Great results do not happen quickly although I surely wish that were not the case.

These running pace training tips helped me drop significant time off of my personal best for the mile all the way to the marathon distance. The key with running for long periods of time at or below goal race pace is teaching the body to clear lactic acid efficiently. The only way to do this is with sub maximal efforts.

You also have to pay attention to recovery. You cannot continue to push the body hard anaerobically and expect a return on your investment. So, you ned to train hard but you also need to JOG when it is called upon. Swallow your ego a bit and dial it down on your pace on EASY days.
