Seeking how to run a marathon time under 4 hours? If so, watch this video from start to finish. I promise you what you will learn will help you run 3:59:59 or faster. Remember, running a sub 4 hour marathon takes patience and using leverage. The hardest working athletes are not always those that get the results.

You need to sustain 9:09 per mile or 5:41 per kilometer. How can you sustain this pace without slowing? Training at paces that are far faster than you plan to race at, extending time spent at your AT pace and JOGGING on recovery days. Easy days should be EASY for a reason. You want to get more of a return on investment from your hard workouts. So, you need to take that same discipline and use it to slow down on days you KNOW you need to.
