Leadership Classics: Henry Cloud Integrity Part 1

"You therefore must be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect" (Matthew 5:48).

We've truncated the words integrity and character to mean a small circle of functioning that deals with honesty and ethics. In reality, that is the smallest definition of integrity that we have.

The Bible talks about integrity in more holistic terms. The word Integrity actually means is to be integrated, whole, or complete.

The Bible says that we must become perfect just as our Heavenly Father is perfect. That doesn’t mean flawless, that word means complete.
