Assembly and Review of Fulton Glue Panel System. Does this thing work for Cutting Board Glue-ups?

This is an assembly and review of the Fulton Glue Panel System. I originally purchased this to make the glue-up process easier, specifically for cutting boards. There is some construction involved with the assembly, and it is permanently installed against a wall. Spoiler alert: This thing is great.
