Another look at hand position for hand milking

We all have our own way to hand milk, but this is the most effective and least tiring way for me to hand milk. I also have nerve damage in one hand so this may be a good way for anyone with some arthritis in their hands or wrists. The key is to clamp off the milk, so it stays in the teat and does not go back up in to the quarter.
