Burning the Shoulders

The first exercise in this setlist is BRUTAL and will set the tone for your entire workout. Start with the DBs that you can hit 50 with (for me it was the 30s for now) and then add 10lbs each time if you can!

Today’s Routine:

DB Overhead Press (50-40-20-10-10)
Reverse Hammer Strength Shoulder Press (4 x 15)
Reverse Grip Seated Front Raises (4 x 12)
Single Arm Lateral Raises (4 x 12)
DB Single Arm Shrugs (4 x 20)
Smith Machine Uptight Rows (4 x 10)
