Parler Dismisses Their Original Lawsuit Only To Refile Against Amazon Immediately

When Parler filed suit against Amazon after being unjustly ripped off the Web Hosting portion of their vast services, the lawsuit was sound and made arguments that alleged that AWS acted in bad faith on multiple levels. Ultimately, the goal of that lawsuit was to secure the Emergency Injunction and return back online until a different server provider was secured.

Well, the octogenarian that was assigned to the case made her own arguments from the bench and effectively undercut the purpose of the suit.

Some two months on and that lawsuit has been willingly dropped, only to immediately refile with a revised goal of securing damages caused by the deplatforming. If the suit is as well devised, if the draw of Judge is better, there is significant hope at a fair outcome.
