Halt the Louisiana Voting Equipment Request for Proposal

The state of Louisiana currently has an RFP out for new voting equipment. This contract is worth up to 100 million dollars and there is far too much scope tasked to the vendor's software and the vulnerabilities are easy to see. We must halt this process and come up with other solutions that we, as citizens in Louisiana, would be more comfortable with.
