The Washington Football Team Has Decided To Replace Their All-female Cheer Leading Squad With A Co-ed Dance Team.
According To A Spokesperson For The Team They Are Now Allowing Men Onto The New Dance Squad In An Effort To Be More Inclusive.
The Spokesperson Said That They Are Going To Invite Men To Start Auditioning, Adding That They Can Do More Things With The Strength Of A Man - In Terms Of Choreography.
They Added That All The Current Cheerleaders From Last Year’s Team Are Welcome To Audition For The 2021 Dance Squad.
The Team Is Facing A Sexual Harassment Lawsuit In Which Members Of The 2008 And 2010 Cheerleading Squads Claimed That Club Employees Recorded Them During Calendar Shoots When They Women Weren’t Fully Dressed.
The Franchise Has Denied The Existence Of The Videos.
The Spokesperson Indicated That The Dance Squad Will Not Take Part In Calendar Photo Shoots.
