Explained CitReps again

Questions received:

-Does CitReps take the place of traditional elections?
-How would a person be removed if they turned out to be corruptible?
-Would this process keep people from running for office?
-Would you have a method to allow people to suggest legislation?
-Will you allow people to volunteer to help?
-There are places that grade senators etc. on certain ideas (abortion, gun control etc.), would you be doing something like this as well?
-Is there any current elected official who would be willing to back something like this that you could partner with?
-Would partnering with someone alienate part of the people you are trying to educate?
-What stops voter fraud (ie, determination of citizenship?, e.g.)?
-How does it stop multiple votes?
-Biometrics Required?
-Everyone would need access to a device (phone for most, or laptops, personal, or for those without, they could vote at libraries or town halls with computers?
-Is this an app?
