Are the Dems concerned that migrants crossing America's southern border could have Covid?

The media had a meltdown over Texas & Mississippi starting to fully re-open their businesses. Are the Democrats just as concerned about the migrants crossing our southern border having coronavirus? Also, Royal Caribbean will offer a fully vaccinated cruise starting in Israel.
