God has designed government, the family, and the church as human institutions that are God's means for dealing with mankind's fallen nature. The Biblical role of government is to be a minister of justice to fight evil (excute justice). We can learn what governmernt is not supposed to do by finding out what the church and the family are to do.

The church is to be a minister of mercy using God's word as its primary tool.

The family also has an important role that includes being responsible for the education of children. What does this mean and how does it work?
