3•3•21 Slavery reparations or wealth redistribution? 🤔

The Communist movement continues its march to racially divide America to secure the votes of the weak minded. Slavery reparations for Black Americans are being discussed in Congress again. My question is, if it cannot clearly be determined if the ancestors of White Americans were slave owners, or if the ancestors of Black Americans were actually slaves, how can slavery reparations be awarded? 🤷‍♂️

Under the conditions above, just giving money to Black Americans becomes WEALTH REDISTRIBUTION....😡
