South Africa bans meals on domestic flights

With the welcome news that Pretoria is lowering the pandemic lockdown restrictions to level 1, millions of South Africans are overjoyed. But some constraints remain. The curfew remains, but it now only from midnight to 4AM. But the strange news is about flights.

Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula announced in-flight catering would be banned, as well as sharing of magazines. Though he offered no comment on the sharing of arm rests....
