Cope North 21 Palau B-Roll

The 36th Contingency Response Group, supported by the 36th Civil Engineer Squadron firefighters, participated in Cope North 21 on Angaur, Palau from Feb. 4-13, 2021. While transportation was provided by a U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules, assigned to Yokota Air Base, Japan, airdrops were provided by Koku Jieitai Kawasaki C-2s, assigned to the 403rd Tactical Airlift Squadron from Miho Air Base. CN allows U.S. and allied forces to enhance interoperability and practice humanitarian aid and disaster relief efforts to prepare for and recover from the devastating effects of natural disasters.
