Was Nancy Pelosi Responsible For Security At the Capitol Building?

In a letter obtained by Fox News, Speaker Pelosi was asked for the National Guard to be present at the Capitol Building on January 6th, 2021. She denied that request. She later forced two heads of security to resign so they could no longer be questioned about her refusal for the National Guard that they requested. She put in a new chief of security to review the Capitol Building, but it is one that only she appointed without congressional approval. He will be directly under her influence.
