A judge has ruled that the Arizona senator's can get access to 2.1 million ballots from Arizonas most populous county so it can audit results of the 2020 election
A Superior Court Judge In Arizona Has Ruled That The Maricopa County Board Of Supervisors Must Comply With State Legislatures Subpoena's And Hand Over The Ballots And Voting Machines From The 2020 Election To The State Senate.
The Judge Said That The Subpoenas Issued By The State Legislatures Are Both Legal And Enforceable Against Maricopa State Supervisors, Which Means Those Lawmakers Will Now Have Access To Ballots And Voting Machines And Can Conduct Their Own Audits.

The Board Of Supervisors Asked The Judge To Overrule The Subpoenas Arguing That The Ballots Are Sealed Under State Law But The Judge Said The Legislature Has The Authority To Issue Subpoenas, And To Investigate Election Reform Issues. The Judge Added That Producing The Materials Would Not Violate Confidentiality

The Court's Decision Resolved A Months-long Feud Between The Supervisors And The Senate Over How The Election Should Be Audited, And Puts An End To The Boards Refusal To Provide The Requested Information To The State Legislatures.

The Maricopa County Board Of Supervisors Chairman Said That They "Will Immediately Start Working To Provide The Arizona Senate With The Ballots And Other Materials."
