Welcome to Firearms of America! Today, I have another Ruger review for you guys and this is a very popular Ruger LC9s 9mm pistol.

As usual, let's s tart with this Ruger LC9s specs:

Length: 6”
Height: 4.5”
Width: .9”
Barrel: 3.12” – 1:10 RH twist – Blued
Trigger: 5.2 pounds
Sights: Drift-adjustable 3-dot
Safety: Manual thumb safety
Weight: 17.2oz. w/empty magazine
Slide Finish: Blued
Capacity: 7+1

So, if you are looking for the best concealed carry gun, this Ruger handgun should be on your options list. In fact, this Ruger LC9s made it on the best compact 9mm 2019 list. For those who prefer to have the thumb safety on their pistol, I think this Ruger has one of the smartest thumb safety designs.

Even though this is not the smallest 9mm out there, it is very lightweight and slim, but at the same time, the tighter spring offers a better recoil handling.
