Smoked Tomahawk Steak
Get a nice Tomahawk Steak from your butcher Sear it in a cast iron pan with butter and avocado oil. then place it in your smoker until you reach your desired temperature i like mine at 145 degrees Fahrenheit this is a medium steak. for the peppers i stuffed it with a cream cheese mixture of garlic salt peppers smoked paprika chili powder for some heat. and i air fried them along with some cauliflowers' sprayed with a chili olive oil until we had a nice char on the veggies we sliced the meat after letting it rest for 15 mins and served on a wooden cutting board thank you for watching
