Attorney General's Office Looks To Have A Radical Join Its Ranks to Assist a Underprepared Garland

Merrick Garland was successful in his vetting by the Senate Judiciary today by passing a 15-7 Vote. The Seven dissenters were concerned (rightly so) by how poorly Garland was prepared to answer even the easiest of questions, let along more complex and nuanced legal questions. Hopefully he will be receiving major help from his Associate Attorney Generals to bring him up to speed.

That does not seem to be the case with one Vanita Gupta. She is an organizer for the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, which has extensive ties to Black Lives Matter and wholly defends the ideas that run counter to her career aspirations.

Five Attorney Generals (Indiana, Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma) have signed a letter and addressed it to Sleep Joe Biden to have him reconsider his appointment. It is likely that this will be filed in the shredder, so it's best to understand what Ms. Gupta is up to, as she will be one of the nations Top Cops.
