Hold my beer Cat Zoom Lawyer: California doctor performs surgery while appearing at video traffic court.
“Yes, I’m in an operating room right now," the doctor said during the traffic court hearing. "Yes, I’m available for trial. Go right ahead.”
The judge said he didn’t think it was appropriate to conduct trial under the circumstances.
The Medical Board of California is now investigating.
