God is still calling the church today to confront these powers (these heavenly powers) just like He said in Ephesians 3, and to reveal the wisdom of God to them for them for a renewal of the nations. The church did it with Rome, and they did it by loving not their own life or death they did it by not going after the things (the material things) that had no value, but by concentrating on the things of true value and standing for those.
