Single Arm Flys (Low Setting)

The single arm fly allows me to get a longer range of motion than the conventional cable crossover fly. I like to throw this in at the end of a routine to really get a solid stretch in the pecs.

Today’s Routine:

Flat Bench (15-12-12-10)
Incline DB Press (15-12-12-10)
Incline DB Hex Press (4x15)
Single Arm Cable Fly (4x12)
Ab Circuit
