Dealing with Boredom in 25+ Year Marriage
Part 2 of the 3-part series on 25+ Years of Marriage / Keeping Your Marriage Strong.
Is our spouse boring? Are we boring? Are you secretly happier outside the home, at your job, with your friends? Is your spouse sometimes not as fun or interesting as you’d like?
With COVID, we find ourselves spending more time at home together. Do you find yourself having conversations on the same topics? Are they unsolvable? Do you find yourself impatient and struggle to listen or give your spouse respect when you’re bored? Are you in need of something more exciting? Not SOMEONE, but SOMETHING?
You decide that you love your spouse. You’ve been married many years. But, do you like your spouse? Do you like being in each other’s company?
Let’s talk about what we can do when about boredom / or when we encounter boredom with our spouse. My guest Julie Gathman has some unique ideas.
