Genesis 2 reveals the creation of the universe, part 5b.

In Genesis 2 a new name is introduced for the first time: Yahweh.
Yahweh is the name of our eternal Father and universal Creator.

Moses reiterates the account of creation in Genesis 2. It not only expands on the history of creation from Genesis 1, it introduces Yahweh the Father.

There was no vegetation on the Earth. Yahweh Elohim did not want to place them on the Earth until He created human caretakers to farm the Earth.

Finally, Yahweh Elohim formed the man Adam from the dust and chemicals of the Earth. Humanity was the crowning achievement of Yahweh Elohim.
