Major Fender Bender in parking

This crash took place in the parking lot of old-time pottery near woodruff road and Lauren's road in Greenville South Carolina. My Girlfriend (the driver with the camera) was on the "Top" of the T intersection making a right turn when another vehicle on the "bottom" of the T intersection made an unpredictable move, failing to yield. This resulted in the collision.

After the crash, the male driver got out of the driver's seat and switched with a woman, presumably his girlfriend. When the police report was filled out the male did not have a Driver's license number and the female's insurance information was given.

The officer on the scene was going to issue a no-fault or 50/50 fault until he saw the dashcam footage. This carries a lot of weight with insurance companies and can sometimes change the outcome.
