De Tham is a side lane of Tran Hung Dao avenue in district 1. It is named after the leader of the famous Yen The uprising against the French during Western conquest of Vietnam. It has plenty of spas, hotels, restaurants, travel companies and pagodas. Xua va Nay magazine office is also situated here.
